When is it time for a Digital Detox or Reset Tech Kit?

These touch on digital detox, minimialism, mental health

If you read today's comics... you might come across things like the below images. It seems funny but in reality there is elements of truth being displayed. We are losing our identity in 'who' we really are and subjecting ourselves to consuming what others want us to be. An example I see often is older couples sitting together at a restaurant but completely 'disconnected' and consumed by their smart phones. And the other comic is showcasing that we rely so heavily on 'instant' information that sometimes it's better to not have access all the time. Maybe limit when you have access. At Navigating Tech Family our goal is to help you navigate these situations and find better alternatives to getting things you really need in life. As one of our infographs showcases that we have limited extra time in our lives and why not spend it with the most important things like relationships with others. As a former end of life consultant... no one ever says that they wish they did one last trip to 'xyz' or bought that 'xyz' thing. It always is a conversation around relationships they would have worked harder on or pursued.
